Swim
Comments: Decent swim. I need to learn to line up at the front though because I wait and then overtake everyone once we get going. I guess the fat girl doesn't look fast lol. Transition 1
Comments: The transition run was very long. I was 6th or so out of the water, and I had tape on the bottom of my feet so the sand didn't hurt. It worked but I had to rip it off in transition. I need to find a better way to do that. I mount so much faster than all the other girls, it drives me insane that i just can't run. Bike
Comments: I felt good on the bike. Comfortable, overtaking people. It's slowly getting easier and faster to ride after a swim. This is a good sign. Transition 2
Comments: I still can't run here. I get off the bike faster than most people, but the transition runs are so long it fucks me up. I didn't wear socks so had shoes on fast, but yeh. Suck at running, Run
Comments: I apparently ran faster than normal. I felt ok, not fast but a little more comfortable. Things are getting better which is good. Another 2 km on the bike definitely wouldn't have taken me 15 minutes so I did better than race 1!! What would you do differently?: Just keeping up the training I have been doing will help me on the run. So keep it up I shall. Post race

We accidentally slept in so we were lucky we made it to be honest. Just had a bit of a quick dip and then got ready to go.
Little swim to check the water temp. It was fine.
