Supposed to be a rest day, but couldn't resist the temptation to go to the pool and take a short swim. Going to the gym later.

Be good.

walked/ran a 5K. I ran 18 mins straight -- longest time yet (and I ran a mile in 14:10 -- which is my best time!) YAY!

Heading out to the hills clinic.....have fun everyone

Start of taper week....so will do a short, easy run today. Exactly one week to first tri. Feeling good-- excited, nervous, pumped!!!

I made $100 on my garage sale, yeah!!! New bike, here I come, well, at least it's a start.

4 mile run in 31:22. Best pace of the year so far for a run. Needed a good run today as I was feeling a little behind the curve after vacation. Now I feel better about my race next Saturday. Hope all of you racing today have a great time and do well.

21st birthday yesterday and a couple of rest days for me - no, not because of excess alcohol - shoes are giving me problems. Maybe a short bike later... :-)

Have a great day, all!

75 miles on the bike, but really slow....I think we averaged 16 mph. I was with a group and doing thier speed. Recovery week coming...blech! I don't feel like I need it! CindyK

Nice 8 mile run...ok, not so nice. I was hot and very tired...had to push myself through the second of 2 loops around the lake. But I made it, and in less than 10 min/mile pace. Can't wait for my rest day tomorrow...woo hoo! Congrats to all who raced this weekend and who had a great workout today!
