Or vice versa. Haven't heard one way or another, but I know that if the gf and I "do the deed" 2-3 hours before a workout I might as well strap sandbags to my legs regardless if it's a quickie or a marathon (10 minutes) session. She thinks this is all in my head, and I think Mick is on to something.

True, but only if you're doing it right.

cbc.ca has been running a series of short videos titled "Science Says" during the olympics. Have a look there, as they covered the topic of sex and sport...

I now find that after sitting for long periods of time during the day for two hours or so my knees are very stiff and weak when I then try to move them. Do I need to take better care of my knees?

My back wheel needs to be trued up. It has a slight side-to-side wobble, and I feel at times like I'm going to lose control when I ride. Is this something that I should only trust to my LBS to do?

I went into the pool area (as this was a pool swim) and got body marked. That's when it hit me that I was there to race - this was not a clinic.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"
