I decided to do this race at the last minute. We were expecting rain this morning and I wasn't sure if it was going to come down during the race. Luckily it held off. I am not thrilled with my time. I hadn't run in the last 10 days or so because of the heat. I am doing another 10k at the end of the month and I hope to break the 50 minute mark in that one.
