Bike: 10h 05m - 189.32 Mi

Feb. was the first full month I've ever done while sticking to a training plan.

I also got married and move into a different house in the month too. Huge lifestyle change to say the least!!

Swim: 22.500 yards

Bike: 250 miles

Run: 68 miles

I am praying that I can stay injury free till Kansas 1/2 IRONMAN in June.

Nice totals everyone!

swim: 6h 25m - 19600.00 m.

bike: 12h 23m 02s - 161.27 Mi. All but 76 miles were on the trainer...come on warm/dry weather!

run: 14h 50m 13s - 100.09 M.

Overall not a bad month. I started my IM plan on 2/24 so March Totals should be good.
