Comments:

My first swim after breaking my foot. Eight weeks out of the water and only four weeks of light training leading up to this is reflected in the poor result.

The conditions were perfect with light wind and no waves. It was like a pool swim without walls. It's a pity I couldn't take advantage of the day to swim well but that was also the case with the Rottnest channel swim two weeks earlier.
