Just sat down to plot out the season's likely races, and wouldn't you know it, what I've been assuming would be my A race (5th in AG last year) is two weeks after my wife's due date with our second. What are the odds I take my 2 weeks of paternity leave, train hard while the baby is napping, and crush the race?

Yeah, that's what I thought, too. Oh well, at least I'll get a cute kid.

I thought this was going to be a thread about a couple races being only a week apart or something where you just needed to HTFU and go for it.... not so much. I suppose the baby could always be late?

4 kids: 1st on due date. Second 10 days early. Third 6 days late. Fourth 3 days early. Just saying - due dates are an approximation, a semi-educated guess, but a guess nonetheless.

Do you have a death wish. You will not want to train, unless of course your in laws are in town.
