Rain, sleet, and snow with high winds. Used 1st mile to warm up. Wanted to average 8:20 but conditions made that difficult. Pulled away from people on the hills and had a strong finish.

You may find your taper plan changing from week to week, based on how your body responds to the actual taper.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
