I think this will be my best swim and bike season yet. Run took a back seat but I'm slowly building that up.

Bike: 18h 41m 51s - 343.15 Mi

Run: 5h 40m 33s - 41.56 Mi

Solid month for base building.  I spent more time on drills in the pool than ever before, figuring now's the time to do it.  Actual plan starts next week, so hours are going to build going forward.

Swim: 11h 00m 07s - 27175 Yd
Bike: 22h 15m 26s - 400.67 Mi
Run: 15h 20m 13s - 106.41 Mi

Almost embarrassed to post my numbers

Swim 7500 yards
Bike 103.12 miles
Run 31.68 miles

Been dealing with a nagging knee injury so I actually took a whole week off from running and biking. I'd really like to go a whole month without any hiccups

Take care of your knee.......before your monthly total looks like mine.

Getting a handle on some things with swimming that should help going forward. Experimented some at times. Bike was all trainer. Some running was outside.

Dude....that's strong work....if I did 872 miles on a trainer I'd have to remove all sharp objects from my house.

How many hours do you figure you put in for the swim and bike totals?

Thanks. 41 hrs and change for the bike, probably a few hours less for the swim. I don't really track overall time for swimming. More conscious of this for the various sets within the workout, just not the entirety. Although it was 6 sessions for sure every week, sometimes an additional 1 or 2. About an hour or a bit over for each one. Not quite as fast as Jr, so wouldn't be surprised if time was at least what he was in for.

Bike - 0 ... well, apart from bike commuting
Run - 316 miles

Still all about the running for me. Miles of 82, 42 (cut-back due to injury scare and travel), 90, and 64 (first week of taper). I'm pretty sure this is a lifetime mileage PR. Cherry Blossom 10 miler is coming up next weekend, and that is a big-race dress-rehearsal for the London Marathon the following weekend. Getting pumped ...

Nagging run injuries kept the mileage a little lower than I wanted but still got good frequency.

March 8 marathon so a taper week and a rest week really hurt the numbers.

Starting to build for IMCHOO

Mix in an awesome snowboard trip and a week with a nasty illness I am just happy I hit the run totals I did. Had no desire to sit on the trainer indoors or swim that week. Need to get my hours on the trainer up in April to about 20.

I never post in the totals thread, because I never felt as if I had "good" totals. This has been my biggest overall month ever.
Swim: 9h 21m 39s - 29950.02 Yd
Bike: 19h 52m 39s - 331.32 Mi
Run: 11h 10m 32s - 78.44 Mi

Should be on track for an Oly PR in mid May.

Nice work!

For anyone else that feels that they shouldn't post because they don't have big numbers like others do, don't feel that way!  Post what you've got!  We've all started out with smaller numbers at some point.

It's not a bragging thread..... ok maybe it is a bit....

Bike: 330.4

Run: 52.83

Not great, not bad. In track with my training plan with the bike and swim, run is still lagging but I am finally getting to the point where I can run consistently without too big a fear of injury. Should have a good month for April.
