Comments: Run felt good. This was a training run for me and I only needed to run 10 miles so I walked the rest. Stomach issues after. What would you do differently?: Careful with the vegetable eaten the day before the run. Post race
Warm down: walk, bath, sleep. What limited your ability to perform faster: gluts were tight again Event comments: there were coral (too many people in a small space) issues after trying to cross the finish, getting medal, and food.
