Master  2094  |  Subject: Clemson Triathlon : Official ThreadRoll call for Clemson. This will be my first short course race of the season. I really like the venue and it looks like the weather will be fairly pleasant. I swam last Thursday evening and the water is warming up nicely. If anyone is interested, there have been several group swims at various times at the rowing club in Clemson. This Wed there will be a group at 5:30. It will include at least one elite pool swimmer doing her first open water swim, an extremely average triathlete down to a middle age guy doing his 2nd open water swim who is trying to figure out how to cover the distance without drowning. We plan to follow the swim with a bike course preview and I will be happy to point out the run course at the same time. |

Wish I could join you guys again this year, as it was quite the excitement, but my ultramarathon training is going to get in the way this year.  I'll get back into tri-training afterwards. Master 2094 | Subject: RE: Clemson Triathlon : Official Thread Good luck with the ultra-marathon training. That has never been a thought for me but I would like to hear how it goes. Anything over 26.2 seems just crazy to me but even 26.2 seems crazy to a lot of people. |
