Good morning BT!

4:30am:  60 mins on the KK, high cadence spinning the legs out

5:30am:  stretch and rolling some lingering soreness in the legs from Saturday's HIM.  Feeling groovy this morning and ready to roll!

Not sure what my training plans are for the month of May--probably still lots of bike and run and plyos I think.  The swimming will start up again over Memorial Day weekend when our pool opens!

Have a happy day! Oh, race report is up from St. George!

Good Morning

Great race report by the way Kim, seems like you Pushed thru quite well

I will be off to the pool today, after playing with the pooches for the last 2 days and a week of down time to let this sore back to straighten its self out I need to get back at it or I will get lazy and Fat.

Have a great day everyone.

5 hours of yardwork yesterday....  Seriously, how the F did I get talked into that?  No bike ride and now a sore back.

LOL

Probably a loosey goosey 3-4 mile run over my noon hour.

I'm planning on a swim in the pool during lunch hour and 60 minutes on the trainer this evening.

Back in the pool after a two month layoff.  The best thing I can say about it is I survived.  Hopefully it will improve over the next two weeks.

Made Fajitas for dinner then after kids in bed dropped off wife's van at the shop and a tranquil 9 mile ride home.

"Fandom" in triathlon compared to other sports. If you're a sports fan and simply love to follow sport, why pick a sport that may offer a view of the start, the finish and a few moments in between?

Don’t forget this is an incredibly big year for sport with the Olympics back in Athens where the modern Olympics started, and especially triathlon to make its second appearance.
