Run
Comments: I ran with a buddy so we kept each other honest in our pace. I like to keep my pace in the 9:00 to 9:15/mile pace. We wanted to push it a little bit this time around. What would you do differently?: Nothing - had to pee before the race started but there weren't any bathrooms available. Not a big deal. Post race
Warm down: Ate half an orange and drank some water. Had chocolate milk when I got home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing. Event comments: Fun 10k to start the weekend. Also nice to support a local cause. Last updated: 2014-05-12 12:00 AM

The race started at 8am. Woke up at 6:30 and just got ready as if I was going to work. Nothing special.
I ate a peanut butter sandwich and banana about an hour before the race. That combination works extremely well for me.
