Subject: Running distance and Map 24

Is anyone else having this probelm?  Ive always used Map24.com to plot out my routes and distance. They have had a new "updated" site but always used old version. Now, its gone, and i cant seem to get the "new version" to work.  Anyone else having this problem or any other sites to reccommend to plot out running routes and distances?

I've never used Map 24, but I can recommend two other sites.

USATF site: http://www.usatf.org/routes/

Map my run: http://www.mapmyrun.com/

Of the two, I like mapmyrun.com better.  I find it easier to navigate the route as the "pointer" is much smaller than on the USATF site.  It also has an elevation feature, which allows you to see how challenging the route is.  While I don't think the elevation feature is absolutely accurate, it will give you a good estimate.  Both are great sites that I've enjoyed using.

Tried 'em all and Bones in Motion gets my vote. Distance and elevation! Save your routes. Share em with friends. Cut and paste into your logs. I dig it.

Free but need to register to use the site.

Adventurebear is the one who introduced me to Bones in Motion.  (Here is the link.)

But you're welcome anyway.
