I got thrashed the entire swim. I couldn't find a rhythm because there were so many bodies. I expect to get thrashed in the beginning but I really got beaten up when I caught up to the previous wave.

It seems like I take forever to remove the suit from my heels. I don't know how to make this better other than having a suit with zippered legs.
