June 1: 107.7kg
June 19: 108.7kg
June 26: 108.9kg
Goal: 107.7kg
This is not going the right way at all. But if I look at the fat mass rather than over all weight the picture is a little different:
June 1: 48.3kg
June 19: 47.4kg
June 26: 46.9kg
I take this as a sign that I am actually building muscles and with that my fitness level. So maybe June isn't such a bad month for me after all.
