Rock and Roll Seattle

I'm signed up for my third year in a row.  It is a ton of fun but is not the easiest course I've run.  I spent a lot of effort weaving around folks that seeded themselves too far up.  They took one of the hills out last year at the end of Rainier Ave. by changing the route but the climb off the floating bridge is very tough.  No matter what, the cheer groups, bands, and crowds are great.  I was grinning from ear to ear the whole way.

Dude, I met him on Thursday at the expo. I have a small PowerBar sponsorship-thing and help out with their expos and whatnot and he was one of our Elite athletes. We went to the same high school and he's a coug. Ha! Cool dude, too. 

So random. 

Now I want to get out to the Palouse again! It's been way too long.
