good bike. took it easy the first loop. Have been fighting a quad issue for a couple of months so I really didn't know how it would respond to pushing the pace. Felt good starting the second lap so I started to pick people off.

Run was good. The goal was to break 50 minutes for a 10k. Very happy with it. Thought the trail was nice and really not to hard. some spots were a little soft but nothing to bad.

Super speedy race!!  Very nice splits!

 

I love Rev 3, did this race last year and brought it back this year.  Definitely a keeper on the calendar.

I looked at the swim buoys and start thinking, "Man! How am I ever going to swim that? That looks like a very long distance from the bridge. I have never done it in one go." There's no turning back.
