This was my best swim so far at this distance. Slowly but surely my time is coming down and eventually i'll crack the 30 min mark.
What would you do differently?:

I did a really poor job finding feet. Drafting would've been nice.

This was a solid run on a pretty tough run course. I was very pleased with my pace. I even split both loops.

This is the third time I've done this event and it was by far the best it has been run. Things were efficient and smooth all weekend. They even ordered perfect weather for us this year. Great job to everyone involved and thanks to all the volunteers.

Course: Double loop. Out and back. There is a big climb from about mile 2.5 to 3.5 that is really challenging. There aren't too many flat spots on the course. It's almost always up or down.

It was the morning of Ironman Newfoundland 70.3, I felt queasy. I didn't want to eat or drink anything. I had a full blown case of the pre-race HEEBEE GEEBEES.
