TC in motion puts on one heck of an event, it was perfect weather and a good time. I felt I left a lot in the gas tank, as when I finished I was ready to go a few more miles. They had enough stuff at the park to keep my 2 and 5 year olds happy too.

I really enjoy this race as well. The bomb pops are the best. So glad it wasn't too hot. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

I just started doing tris this summer and I have two under my belt, both sprints. Is it reasonable to build up for a Oly in early ‘09, with a HIM in Oct of ‘09

While adequate protein is important in your sports diet, protein should take its place as the accompaniment to carbs (grains, fruits, vegetables) in each meal and snack.
