 14 |  Subject: Really stupid wetsuit cement questionOk, I am almost too embarrassed to ask this. Almost. But, here goes... I got a nick in my wetsuit. So I bought some repair cement (Profile Design Wetsuit Repair - it's a small 4 oz can). I cannot for the life of me get it open. I tried every trick I know - banging the lid on a table, running under hot water, using rubber bands as grips, wearing latex gloves to help grip... I know I'm not the strongest person in the world, but c'mon! I have blisters all over my fingers from trying so hard! Am I an idiot? Is there a trick that I'm missing? I was hoping to repair the suit tonight for an OWS tomorrow evening... Thanks all!! |
