I was out later than usual last night, but still dragged my butt out of bed this am.
It rained most of the day yesterday/night and this morning it was actually COOL - which was glorious after all the heat and humidity we've had lately!
5am - 5 mile run
7am - subbed a 60 min spin class at a local resort.
1 hour strength/stretching after to let traffic die down before heading home!
