Okay, last of my 10 speed stuff. Everything’s gone to 11 speed and 25mm so here are all the 10 speed and 23mm things for your perusal:

Felt TTR3 wheel set, 10 speed Shimano. They came with my B12. I just changed out the free hub and it may have 10 miles on it. $220 shipped

Shimano R500 rear wheel 10 speed. This was my rollers wheel so it has zero outside miles and maybe a couple hundred indoor on the rollers. $70 shipped

Ultegra 6700 10 speed 11-28 cassette. Never got around to using it. $40 shipped

Ultegra 6600 10 speed 11-25 cassette. My indoor rollers cassette. $35 shipped.

Conti GP4000s 700X23c. Something near 1000 miles on it. Just starting to show flattening. Tell you what, I’ll throw in a Conti Ultra Race with it too for $50 shipped.

Looking for a rear training wheel for the winter months. What type of price can you workout for a rear wheel and cassette?

Thanks, Jim

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

"These wheels are really fast and we can prove it with our tests from the A2 Wind Tunnel. We developed an ultra-fast modified V-Notch rim shape which keeps drag to an minimum."

The wheels are my first area of concern and I have started to shop around. I find it nauseating to think of spending the same amount for wheels as my bike. Any help?

Don't know how to take that rear wheel off of your bike? Is the chain making things difficult? Learn how to remove your rear wheel if you have to change your bike tire or fix a flat.

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
