I've recently been working on my kick by doing drills. Typically 6 X 50m with snorkel and kick-board. It feels good, but when I start swimming normally, I don't sense any improvement in my kick...I feel like my normal lazy self...
Any tips on transferring what I feel in the drill to actual swimming...
