Pre-race routine:

Not much--I did mildly stress out about getting to the start on time. The parking lot was a shuttle bus ride away. Thankfully, given the small size of the race, I was able to use the portapotties just fine.

Ran a great race. Overall did a great job of pacing, though maybe let adrenaline get to me at around mile 17 or so. Pushed the pace pretty significantly on the back end and
What would you do differently?:

Not go aggressive near the end... especially given that this was not a goal race at all!
Post race
Warm down:

Did an extra 4 miles to break the 30-mile barrier! I did these miles very very slowly though. Super twitchy muscles--on the verge of cramping up.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to take in electrolytes!
