Comments: Hot run. I had a pretty good first half of the race and then got progressively slower. What would you do differently?: Not wear out in the second half of the race Post race
Warm down: ate a carrot that ended up tasting slimey, so got fid of that and had some yogurt. What limited your ability to perform faster: I don't think that my heart can beat any faster Last updated: 2006-08-16 12:00 AM

Did a little light running and some stretching and had a packet of Gu.
