I did great, I will do even better next time. Plantar fascitis is gone, I can now improve again!

There was just enough hills.

Perfect day, sunny with falls colour everywhere. This race is in a beautiful park with lots of participants. If you are not in a hurry, go chill on the Oka beach a little bit before heading back home.
