Subject: AZ races in 2015 during June and July
Hey, AZ people. I'll be in AZ next year, during June and July (Ft. Huachuca) and was wondering what are some good races during that time? Prefer an Oly or HIM, but, honestly, whatever will do. I looked on trifind and a few other sites, but there are not a lot of races listed for 2015 yet.

Thanks!

Mountain Man Sprint - up in Flagstaff:

Dueces Wild Triathlon series hosts a sprint, Oly and Half usually in June up in Show Low

I know there are others, but always nicer to race at elevations where it isn't so hot!

I did the Deuces Wild Oly in Show Low 2 years ago. It was nice to get out of the heat. Also planning on it this year.

Hopefully the Tucson Tri-series will be going on - 3 sprints through the summer. They'd have one in June (firecracker) if so. www.tritucson.com

There should be one in Sahuarita too - probably late May - not sure if you're here by then though.

Yes I believe it's sprint-ish. But ... I'll have to check because it may have been a mid-distance between sprint and Oly. I remember it being some off numbers like 18 mi ride and 5 mile run.
I'll try to find out. But it is early May.

Could these fevers be related to my training and increased fatigue? Is there anything I can do to help prevent future occurrences? Or could it just be allergies combined with increased fatigue?
