Got up at 5.30am, breakfast was PB + banana on toast plus a decaf coffee, drove into town.

Really happy going this ride again, its been 4 years! This is my second slowest time in the 5 times I've done this ride, but the wind was super strong today and I don't have the time to train as much with 2 young children.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing I could have done different, I gave it my best.

The most valuable thing you can do for your endurance training is to schedule a weekly 2-4hr long ride from now until the end of time. Simply make this “what you do” every Saturday or Sunday morning.
