Great race.
What would you do differently?:

nothing. a PR for me. I think I could have been a little faster. I just did not know if I could hold my pace. I shocked myself.
Post race
Warm down:

ran a half a mile for cool down. I saw I was in 4th in AG. I was praying someone in my age group would have made it to the overall so i could slide into 3rd. no such luck. a bunch of kids (20-25) took all the spots. one guy who was 36 won the overall with a time of 14:56. I could not do that dropped out of a plane.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No speed training this year just long z2 runs in prep for IMFL this year

Course: fast and flat. very strong headwinds. tuff race but I had another PR. going to end the year with this race before I get injured.
