Pre-race routine:

Foam Roller, 10 minute rebounder, Stick roll the legs.
During the drive to the race used Power Lung for 3 sets of 10.

2 mile run including drills and dynamic stretching

mile 1 in 5:40, mile 2 at 6:28 pace, and mile 3.1 at 7:00 pace.
What would you do differently?:

take it easy that 1st mile.
Post race
Warm down:

jog 1 mile. and walk around.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

maybe cold. but I was dressed good. and maybe too fast the first mile.
