My 5k split was 1:16:23.3 which is just under 2m slower than my best 5k at that venue. My 10k time was about 8m faster than my previous best 10k fresh water swim at Lake Toba, Indonesia.

Overall not too bad for a week after Ironman but I still would have liked to go faster.
