Subject: North Dallas/Plano sports massage?
Anyone know of a good spot in the Addison/Plano area to get a quality sports massage before a tri?  I could go to one of a couple spas and get a swedish massage, but I'd rather get the sports variety if possible.

We're still pretty new to the area, so I can't help you with that.

I'll repeat what I said on another thread though.  I would NOT get a sports massage before a race.  There's actual muscle damage done that requires a recovery period.  Might compromise your race results.  Get it done after the race.

Odd, it seemed to keep me loose.  I might set it up for Monday instead though, just to see how different it feels.

I had never had what I felt was a good massage until I found Andrea. She is located at the Beauty Brands store near the Stone Briar Mall in Frisco. 972-668-4290. I always see her the Thurs before a race. You can tell her that Craig referred you.
