Comments: wet suit saved my butt. Still need lots of work on technique Transition 1
Comments: wetsuit caught on gps and heels. lost time dealing with those issues. What would you do differently?: take gps off before taking left arm out of suit Bike
Comments: very hard and hilly course. Bike needs to be properly tuned to not skip out of lowest gear. Skipped right out of my straps a few times. What would you do differently?: Just need more time in the saddle and a few hill sessions to drastically improve this segment. Transition 2
Comments: Not sure I can improve much on this time, i chugged down some powerade before leaving and it probably saved my run Run
Comments: tough run. very hilly Thighs were screaming the second half of the run. Started taking 2 cups of water and seemed to help What would you do differently?: train on more hills to be better prepared for next time Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of training most likely played a big part on the bike and a little on the run. A few more hill workouts and bricks would make a huge difference. Last updated: 2014-05-19 12:00 AM
