We've been good, we've worked hard. And now it's time for our reward. (Hey, an ode, and I didn't even know it.)

Fellow tri people, July is National Ice Cream Month, and Sunday, July 18, is National Ice Cream Day! Do not let this month or special day slip by without its due recognition. EAT ICE CREAM.

So let me know, are you gonna go for it? You deserve it!

I've just struck upon a great tri invention! Since the aero bottle is already taken, how about the "aero cone," a handy device for strapping ice cream to your aero bars for those long, hot, tedious rides. There might be a few small technical details work out, like melting. But I promise to work on it all weekend.
