I missed last weeks weigh-in

Start Wt: 268.6
This Week: 265.8lbs
Total loss: 2.8lbs
.
I've not been consistent.  I did extremely well with exercise and consumption 2 weeks ago, but I couldn't keep it up.  I continue to struggle towards a livable intake/exertion plan.  I'll get there, just you wait and see.

Keeping forgetting to post Friday's, here it is....

Starting: 215
Last Wk: 209
Friday: 207
Goal: 200

Lost this week: 2

Not bad for a rough week with wife out of town again and eating a bunch of junk.

WAH! I'm losing my mind.

Start: 154
First week: 151.6
Two weeks ago: 155.4
Last week: 152.2
This week: 155.4

Net GAIN = 1.4 pounds. I have no idea what's up with the yo-yo, but I need to figure it out. I think I'll start obsessing with FitDay again and see if I'm eating without thinking (highly likely, I'm in stress mode at work) or if something else is going on.

Can I join?

Currently living out of hotels entertaining clients in the Far East so since I was last on this site I have gained around 10lbs. Oops.

Today's weight: 212lbs
Target weight: 175lbs

Getting back to France this weekend so I should be able to dust off the old iron horse and have some fun.

Mark (apologies for not having a funny sign on name, I could only think of rude ones!)

I waited til the last minute to log in, but it's true. I was down last week, and now I'm up again. I guess sitting on the couch visiting my parents isn't enough activity to counter the nights of pizza and cake...

Time to return to moderation.

Weight will drop as I begin training tomorrow! (No, the "real" tomorrow, not the "fat-person-sitting-on-the-couch-with-a-bag-of-chips-watching-Dr.-Phil" tomorrow).

I am EXCITED!!

First post...

Just started getting active again last Thursday....

Started:247
Now:247
Goal:200 (by New Year)

Would have liked to see some weight gone by now!!
Walked 30 miles and biked 8 miles in the last 7 days.
Also cut out junky food and been eating really well with smaller portions.
Would love to know why I haven't had any pounds go away yet!!??

Give your body time and keep on eating regularly, cut the junkfood and don't big meals late at night. It will come down, specially combined with training.

My info
Start: 208
Goal: 173
last week: 208
this week: 204
loss this week: 4
total loss: 4

Weekend goals: 2 runs in 3 days. Eat healthy!! And do LOTS of stretching. Pilates and Yoga will become my two new best friends.

To all who are only a week or so in, give it some time. Often there is little weight loss the first week. However, things really begin to happen after two or three weeks...something to look forward to!

As for me:
Last week- 209
This week- 209

At least I'm not going in the wrong direction!
