Got pulled out 50 too early!!
What would you do differently?:

Swam it well. Started off easier, and kept it strong in the middle. Maybe could have been a BIT faster in the middle, but OK.

Could have maybe pushed more, but was afraid too. Pretty happy here. 18:40 was about my best possible scenario, so 18:20 was amazing.
