Podrunner has hour long mixes at various fixed BPM, including several at 180 and some others that are close to it, along with some that build up etc.

https://jog.fm/looks promising.

I've never made a 180 bpm playlist but I may, just for kicks.

It has been said that the optimum cadence for running is 180 per minute so running in time to that works. I like 160 personally. I'm gonna go make a playlist now! What a great idea!

Thanks! I'm going to check out podrunner.

There is a lot of advice out there that 180 bpm is an optimum cadence for running. I made a short playlist last year and I think it helped. It's almost impossible to overstride at that rate, and I found when I was racing I would start humming the first song from my playlist and it would get my feet going faster.

I have pedals with the cage and when I ride 2+ hours my legs feel much more tired then if I took out my husband's bike with clipless pedals. Do clipless pedals truly make the difference?

I started riding this spring with the Carnac shoes on Look pedals (with plenty of float). About five minutes into a ride I get sharp pain on the outer edge of my feet, just behind the pedal.
