Subject: 3.25.15 Hump Daaaay!

Good morning BT!  How the heck are ya!

4:15am:  55 minute run

5:15am:  45 mins of strength/core/stretch

Long day ahead--among other things, I am also the yearbook advisor and our final pages are due before Friday--tonight will be edit, edit and edit!  We're staying until it's done--thankfully I have a great group of seniors as editors.

You're doing my workout for tomorrow! (Plus my day tomorrow--I'm subbing for a colleague's after-school club.) Good luck with the yearbook. I was photo editor one year and all I could say afterwards was, "Never again!" Probably more fun with older kids who can take a bigger role in editing.

AM 1:20 ride with 3 X 15 minutes really hard. Ugh. One of the longest, hardest workouts I've done before teaching all day. (I don't get up as early as you!)

Going for 10x100m swim today and recovery spin. I may try and run 1 mile around the gym after since we are enjoying beautiful weather in Houston this week .

Hey everyone!

was feeling a bit run down last night, so decided to sleep in this morning.

Moved my long run to today since we have friends staying with us and I won't have time to do any long workouts this weekend.

8:30am - 9.5 mile run

felt good since I usually run super early in the morning, so was nice to be in the sun!

Some core and strength work, and now super cleaning the house - my second workout of the day!

A blistering fast (13.6 mph) bike ride down the Oak Ridge Turnpike.  Lots of other cyclists out this afternoon.  It was a beautiful day.
