Subject: First Olympic coming up in 2+ weeks -- Taper??
Hey there I have my first Olympic Race coming up in a little over 2 weeks. I am wonder how I should pace workouts in terms of volume and intesity this next week, and during a taper the following week. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
