Subject: Evening Races?
During the summer I work most Sat/Sun are there any evening races throughout the summer (running races or triathlons?)

If you look at AthleticsBC website, there is a calendar of race events. There will be some road races held in the eves, as well as some track meets with longer events (1500 - 3000/5000 metres)

Where in BC are you located?

She(?) lives in Burnaby.

 

Here is the site you mentioned: http://www.bcathletics.org/CalendarResults/  Personally I don't like that site as it doesn't sort by area and it doesn't have a Triathlon section (but it does have Race Walking?!).

I've noticed this is still showing 2014 races, which is fine but I have seen some that aren't on this year. Does anyone know if it will be updated to 2015??

It has race walking because it's the BC Athletics calendar, and race walking is part of Athletics. Triathlon is not.

Here is the Triathlon BC site's calendar:

But I don't think there are any in the evenings.

'nuther idea for ya ...
Contact local tri clubs (see clubs list at the already-mentioned tribc website) to ask them if they have plans to run any evening mini-tri workouts/ time trials.
Some clubs organize these, likely on weekends, but never hurts to ask, right?
