Greetings everyone!

May is almost done and I accidentally burned my skin on my bbq so I won't swim today. All my workouts are in!

Swim: 4h 41m 37s - 12680 Yd
Bike: 25h 54m 12s - 410.1 Mi
Run: 15h 22m 03s - 85.29 Mi

More than doubled my last month's training but still real cheapo on swimming. That's gonna be improved lots in June! :D

How did you guys do?

=^.^=

Usually a lot more bike miles but moving back up north and greatly increasing the quality of intervals cut the mileage quite a bit.

Not terribly impressive as most of May involved taper, illness, and recovery from a HIM, much of it at the same time. Just getting back to normal training now as hoping to do another HIM and an Oly this summer at home in Oregon. Really slacking on the swim due to nasty cold plus some pool closures. Okay....for me, it's slacking. I'm gonna feel it if I swim with my hometown master's group this summer!

Swim: 7h 01m 18s - 22800 M
Bike: 15h 08m 57s
Run: 12h 44m 07s
Strength: 3h 55m

Blah.  guess I'm not a triathlete anymore.  No swimming or cycling to speak of-

176 miles of running.  Not quite as much as my target 200 for the month, but some travel got in the way.
