as i expected, this gave me a chance to catch up to others, passed about 5 people during the bike course
What would you do differently?:

get cages for my pedals, practice the whole hydrating while riding thing

got the beginnings of a migraine headache about a mile into the second run, but i "willed" it away.
What would you do differently?:

not barf after the first mile, eat better the night before so that i'm not eating the morning of a race, try to run at a faster pace

Congrats on your first race ever! Too bad about the swim being canceled.

It seams like you got all the bad stuff out of the way and you should be primed for a really great experience in your next race (Sandy Hook, right?).

Give yourself some time to heal from that bike crash too
