Subject: Maui Vacation
Hi All,
I am goign to vacation in Maui leaving next week the 10th.
looking for any advice on places to run and bike. (will have to rent a bike)
are there any group runs or activities around?

Just looking for any adivce on good places to get in some traingin miles.

The cycling there is the best in Hawaii, because the views and variety. I loved the 60 mile ride around the west maui mountains some big hills but amazing views. Bring enough water anywhere you bike as it can be scarce. Strong winds are normal. Any road is fun to bike, Ulupalakua to the winery from Kula Longs Drugs, Baldwin Avenue to Kula Lodge, Haiku Cannery to Hana, Haleakaka, Wailea to Lahaina...where are you staying?

I would be careful swimming, many shark attacks on Maui.
