Wake up at 4:00am, Eat peanut butter on whole wheat at 5:00am. Hydrated with water from 4 to 7am.

I had trouble passing the person ahead of me for the last 2 laps, I should have kicked it into the next gear and passed her
What would you do differently?:

I would submit a faster swim time on the application. Then I would be less likely to be held up.

Did not get clipped in fast enough after I jumped on the bike. I lost momentum and had to stop to clip in.
What would you do differently?:

I will train more without socks. My thurs bike/run brick I tried without socks, but I got some mild blisters on the run. I could save 10-20 secs by not having to put on socks. I need to practice jumping on the bike more and have the bike in a lower gear.
