Afternoon BT

45 minutes of drills in the pool at lunch then 20 minutes of Core on the pool deck for me today.

Heat wave here as well (though not so much by my standards) so I ended up doing my workouts almost back to back:

8:30 AM 92 minute trainer ride with 4 X 15 minutes at 90%+ (Boy, was that fun!)
11:30 AM 3000m of swimming with a bunch of 100 repeats and some pulling. Pool was unusually busy due to a meet at the other pool in town, so for the first time in years had to circle swim for a while.
