Subject: 6.30.15 Tuesday Training!
Good morning BT! No training for me today, we're heading to Canada today but I'd love to know what everyone else is doing! I'm guessing it'll be about a week before I actually start back to any kind of regular movement! This break will be good, but I know me and I'll need to get back to some sort of training schedule, although it'll be short sessions until I am fully recovered!Have a great day, eh! Next stop my motherland!

Enjoy your time off! My family took me to Glacier national park after IMCDA since it's right there. I felt bad because I was sitting in the front seat of the tour bus alongside the driver, and during his very entertaining tour I fell asleep because of my body being a wreck. He understood

I've got some mile repeats tonight at slightly faster than marathon pace. Hoping that today I feel ok because I needed an unforseen rest day yesterday. Fell asleep at 8:30 and slept like a rock.

4 mile run, nothing flashy. Just getting in the mileage.

24 mile group ride this afternoon with a short brick run. I'll decide whether to hammer it with the A's or go easier with the B's when I get there.

Afternoon all

50 minutes on the spin bike at lunch for me today, Splash and Dash at 9AM tomorrow morning because of Canada Day so we can get it out of the way and enjoy the holiday.

Enjoy the break Kim it's well deserved.

3 .6 mile run before work, and recorded my fastest mile, very happy.

50 min. on the spin bike, same as RRH 88. I'll be trying out my new earbuds with the piece that goes over your ear so they don't fall out.

Yay Kim! Enjoy the rest! Have fun in Canada!

5:15am - 60 min power spin. Plan was to keep it easy (for me at least ) since this is a rest week, but when I start teaching, I get caught up in the class and pushed a little harder than I probably should. Oh well.

Kids are home with me this week (no camp planned) so wasn't able to fit in my swim. Went on a long bike ride with them and finished up hanging out in our pool. I'll swim tomorrow - enjoying this time with my kiddos when they still want to hang out with me!

60-min spin class with new bikes and computers. First time ever watching my cadence and watts while I ride! Interesting, but maybe a little information overload..?!?
