I was feeling pretty good, but was holding back to try to stay with Bill, which I didn't do a good job of. Next time commit to running ahead, or stick with Bill. Either would be more fun.

Loving this trail series so far. Thinking of jumping up to the 30K for the last race. We'll see how the training progresses.
