Subject: Chicago: Anyone Riding tomorrow 8/22?
I am in the burbs down in Clarendon Hills for the weekend. I need to get a long ride in tomorrow morning. Is anyone riding or know of any groups riding? Willing to drive to meet somewhere.

Thanks,
Mark

I'm doing the 22 week sprint tri program and the 2 mile bike ride it starts with is not very challenging. I see this as a opportunity to train the right way and challenge myself. Any ideas?

Over this next month I will be learning more about my bike each time I take it out to ride. I want to take full advantage of what it has to offer.
