My allergies turned into a Sinus infection. I finally ran again yesterday and today. I'm at 74 miles now. Not sure I'll make it, but either way it's my most mileage ever for a month so that's an achievement on its own.

Ugh, I hate sinus infections. Take care of yourself. And congrats on the most mileage ever for a month! We should always celebrate those victories.

Great job, Don!

I'm around 138 miles. Wanted to make 150 this month but I think I'll miss it since Tuesday is my off day. Oh wait, if I can get my Wednesday intervals completed (11*800), I may make it. May.

Nearly the end of the month and you guys are doing great! Yay!!!

Super happy that this week is recovery week. Still put in a long run today but a much short one than the last LSD run I did which put me at 101.85 miles for September. I made it!!! Whew!

Congrats Roland on making it to 100 miles!

Did my intervals this morning and it was totally Ugly. Finished out the month at 153 miles. One more month of building and then I'm going to take it easier on the runs (and especially blasted intervals) thru the rest of the year.

Managed to make it to 88. Will try again this month, hopefully without sinus issues this time.

Thanks Pam! You sure owned us this month, hehehe. Are you training for a marathon?

Soon after I got married, I decided I needed to get motivated to work out and focus on getting back into shape. I could barely jog a quarter-mile without needing a walk break.

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
